Shipping Policy
Currently, TransforMe CBD ships to all 50 states. We use FedEx Ground Economy. Any Order placed Monday-Friday before 2 PM go out on the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM will be shipped the following business day. Deliveries takes 2 to 7 business days, depending on the distance from the package’s origin to its destination.
Delivery service days are Monday-Sunday. Delivery area is full U.S residential service. Packages up to 70 lbs. and 130" in length plus girth can be shipped. The ideal package weight is 1–10 lbs.
Refund Policy
It is our sincere hope that you find our products satisfying and that they achieve your desired results. Please remember, that all products require consistent use of at least several weeks to experience benefits. Dosage size may need to be adjusted and therefore please contact us to assist with any use concerns. If you wish to request a refund within 30 days of your purchase, you may do so. All refunds are subject to review of Transfomecbd.
If you request a full refund. Please email: refund@transformecbd.com. Once received, you will receive a refund authorization number. It may take from 3 to 5 days, depending upon your banking institution. You may also contact us at: 1-877-759-0859 and speak with a customer care representative. - If your product arrives damaged, please contact the carrier service for products damaged or tampered, prior to receipt.
Return Policy
If you are requesting to return your product, please do so within 30 days. Please email: refund@transformecbd.com. All returns are subject to review by Transformecbd. All Customers receive a return shipping label with their package. Returns can be dropped off at local post office or postal collection box, or mailbox. Once package is received, you will be able to monitor the progress of the return transit, simple.
